Hot Wheels 2013 Showroom Series - Lamborghini Aventador J

When Hot Wheels released the Lamborghini Aventador in silver, I was excited to get my hands on one. But then while browsing through the shelves at the store one day, I came across this Lamborghini Aventador J and just decided to buy it. I'm not quite sure if I might still get the silver one, but we'll see. For now, let's just focus on this one.

I quite hate the roofless concept of this one, as it looks weird to me. Seeing how Lamborghini has had most of its supercars with roofs, this one just looks too weird without the roof. From the design of its wide and long body, without the roof doesn't really compliment it to me. It just looks like another Bat-mobile from its old days designed just to look cool, but doesn't. But overall, I appreciate Hot Wheels effort to recreate this design into a 1:64 scale, but not Lamborghini's real car.

Hot Wheels Speed Machine - McLaren F1 GTR

Introducing one of my proud collections..

The McLaren F1 GTR from the limited edition series, Hot Wheels Speed Machine. Produced in 2010 and manufactured in Malaysia, there's not many publicly around in the collector's scene here in Malaysia. I managed to take this off a collector's hand with a reasonable price a month ago, and with it still sealed in its box. So its quite cool to have it in my hands on my collector's shelf, where I can proudly showcase. Enjoy!

Hot Wheels 2010 Twinduction

One of my new favorites from the 2010 Stunt series, the Twinduction. I found this one in gold, at a petrol station when I was washing my car. This so far is the only model I like which is not from the Showroom series. I love it because of its unique design by Hot Wheels and also because this one is in gold. What do you think? Do you think this is a keeper among my collection? Let me know in the comment section below.

Hot Wheels 2013 Showroom Series - '12 Acura NSX Concept

A few days ago, I was just randomly looking through the store shelves, wasn't expecting to find anything. But then I came across these two fine looking exotic models which I HAD to take home. Knowing that I already have the silver Acura NSX Concept, I just had to have the RED.

Introducing, the '12 Acura NSX Concept in RED! It looks exactly same as the silver one that I got not too long ago. It's red, it's sporty, it's stylish and it's beautiful! I thought silver was sleek, but red just made it way sporty. I love every detail about it. I'm quite glad Hot Wheels decided to release the red version for this model. Maybe next year they'll release a BLACK version? Fingers crossed :)

As you noticed, I also managed to get the Lamborghini Aventador J, which is the convertible version. I'll try to feature it here in the next few days as I couldn't get the glue out to get the car out. But for now, let me know what you think of Hot Wheels' RED Acura NSX Concept? Good looking?

Which one do you think stands out more? The Silver? Or the Red?

Hot Wheels - 2012 Corvette Z06

Hello. It's been a while :) Without my own laptop, it's hard to follow up and post up a new thread at least every week. But now, I bring to you one of my collections, the Corvette Z06 2012 edition. I picked it off the shelves about a month ago, and have been longing to show it to you. I can personally say, it's way better than the Corvette Stingray Concept that I showed earlier. The color is a brilliant choice of variation, with the black base body color and bright red rims.

What do you think? Let me know in the comments section!

Model Of The Week: Hot Wheels 2013 Showroom Series - Ferrari 599xx

I know it's been a while since my last post. Been having trouble uploading the photos for my features. But finally, after waiting for quite some time, I finally got the Ferrari 599xx in my hands. I personally bought this one for quite a good price from a supplier in Penang. It took her quite a while to ship it out for me as she was busy as well.

The Ferrari 599xx, which I find is one of the most attractive among all the other models but probably close to 2nd of the Ferrari 458 Italia, this one has a more sporty look. Exceptionally perfect for those who admire speed and some man-power whereas the Ferrari 458 represents more of speed and class.

But back to the 599xx, just comparing it to the die-cast model and the real thing, it's just an absolute beauty! I'm quite proud having this among my collection, though I only have 3 Ferrari's in my possession. I do hope to acquire the Ferrari 458 Italia though.

And to sum up the week which was to feature all my Ferrari collections (though only three of em'), here they are together shining together. Enjoy!

Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comment section below!
