Hot Wheels - Ferrari 1990 Gold Classic Racer

I realized I didn't post anything on Monday, as I was feeling unwell for two days since that day. But I've got a lot of new models to show you among the new additions to my collection. First and foremost, I managed to find a Porsche Carrera GT in the store shelves. A lucky find! And next week I've got a few Ferrari's to show such as the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and the 458 Spyder. I'm also in the midst of acquiring the Ferrari 599xx which I'm most excited for! If it arrives by next week, I'll definitely feature it on my blog the day it arrives :)

But for now, here's a 1990 classic Ferrari I managed to dig out of the box at my grandmum's place.

Though it's quite old, I do appreciate classics. Not really my favorite, but it's still quite satisfying to have found it. It's a bit scratched up, with the wheels also slightly rusted out and the body color is still quite close to perfect. This I must say, is a good addition for any classic model collectors.

Hot Wheels - Custom '69 Chevy Pickup

One of my first reviews of a pickup truck. I found this one along with the Mini Coopers and Steel Flame lowriders that I recently reviewed on this page. I was surprised when I found it in perfect mint condition, with no scratches, at the bottom of a box full of cars. Still looks brand new, as if it just came out of the package. So I'm thankful, and decided to keep this one.

I have to say, I adore the striking bright green on this thing, and the red lining rims. I just have this thing for color variations like these. It's amazing! The front fender is actually metal, making the whole model quite solid. The chassis is so.. shiny! haha It's just bright silver! Seriously, like brand new!

I just researched that there are a few latest models of these that were released in 2012. So I'd probably grab one if I can hunt them down. Wish me luck!

Maisto - Mini Cooper

Yes, I've noticed it's not a Hot Wheels model today. But I found this among the other Hot Wheels models such as the Hot Wheels Steel Flame which I previously featured here.

Not much of a collection, but I got two, and I heard the value for two of these is slightly higher than its original value a few years ago. And the design though quite scratched up, is not so bad. As you noticed, both have different rims design. The green one has better 5 spoke sports rims than the red I must say. But overall besides the color, they're both exactly the same. What do you think? Let me know in the comments below :)

Hot Wheels - Steel Flame

Today I present to you 2 latest grabs I found at my grandmum's place. Apparently, she has a bunch of Hot Wheels models stored in a box that my cousin and I use to play with when we were kids. Now that we're both grown up and no longer play with them, she keeps them in that box and I decided to 'borrow' a few to show you all :) I will return them definitely, soon! haha

I researched these two identical models and discovered that there are more of these but in different designs. But with me, I have the black Steel Flames, from the 2005 Hot Wheels edition and the copper Steel Flames from the Hot Wheels Crank ITZ 2004 editions.

Nothing much to say about these two, except that the whole design is spectacular, especially with the low rider theme to it like the real car itself. So I'll just let the pictures do the talking today :)

Hot Wheels 2013 Showroom Series - Lotus m250

Another Lotus to add to my collection! Check out the black Lotus Sport Elise I reviewed on my blog here.

I found this one along with the Green Chevy Camaro I showed earlier. I can tell you, it was a very good find, as this one was the last one on the shelf!

In reality, I have never appreciated Lotus because of it's small built size. It just never seemed like an ideal sports car to have when you can pay a lil' extra to get a faster medium sized car. Even on the road, it's easy to spot but difficult to see myself be happy with a small car like this. haha But with my collection, size doesn't matter.

I don't have much criticism nor good things to say about this casting as it's a simple one. The color is obviously my favorite color, so there's a plus one there. The simple 5 spoke rims do just nicely, and the tampos are so simple, I could've done it myself. Though like some castings, I do wish they added side mirrors with this small car. The rear is black and made from a different material than the whole body.

I managed to try out more photos for this car, as it was slightly easier for some reason. But I do apologize for some of my mistakes in lighting. Do enjoy! And don't forget to let me know and share your opinions about this model or any other previous models that I've reviewed earlier in the comment sections.
